While some aspects of the garden are a bit worse for wear – the Sweetie tomatoes are doing their thing and we couldn’t be luckier. They’re freaking delicious.
What started as a handful here and there has quickly evolved into a nice few salads worth of tomatoes every day or two. They’re perfect fresh little things and are totally helping to hold us over while some of the larger tomatoes try to turn red.
I have a thing or two to learn about what to do with all this produce. With the insanity of summer as it is – I’ve already waited way too long to try to learn how to can and what to do with it all.
