For months, we’ve been trying to iron out floor plans on this crazy house. We have plenty of ideas, but finding a crew to turn them into reality has been tough.
Enter Brasstacks.
Aaron has followed @brasstackskc on Instagram for quite awhile. We constantly share their dreamy shots back and forth. For whatever reason, it took us forever to realize we could actually have them help us.
Owners Molly and Kevin toured the house a few weeks ago. We connected with Molly’s team – specifically Elaine – shortly after and she snagged all of the proper measurements.
Today is the first look at the layout drafts for our new-to-us place. It’s insanely exciting.
Elaine really knocked it out of the park. There are a few bits and pieces we’ll continue to adjust – but generally, we’re in love. Especially with our brand spanking new master bath.
We are also over the moon with the basement layouts. She completely shuffled the location of the laundry to make a new giant mudroom for the dogs – it’s heaven.
We are so excited to see what comes next!
