We are super thrilled to welcome a brand new stinking little goat baby to the farm! If you’re surprised – well, um, so are we!
We’ll be the first to admit that we’re new to this goat business. Even growing up on a farm, my extended family never raised goats so this is pretty uncharted territory for all of us. Aaron and I really didn’t see this one coming.
Momma goat came to us tall and lean. So much so that we never once suspected she was pregnant. That is, until, you know, a baby goat arrived.
From all we can tell, it was an easy birth for her in the Goat House and she and baby are both doing great. This little one is strong and beautiful. He’s up and moving and playing in no time at all.
